$40 Small Booth (perfect for the glass bead artist) 

$65 Medium Booth  (includes one Announcement per day) (perfect for small business owners selling glass and tools) 

$95 Large Booth  (includes three Announcements per day) (perfect for larger companies that sell tools and glass) 

Glass Bead and Jewelry Bazaar virtual booths will be held in our new platform and will give you the opportunity to sell to registered attendees for the entire Gathering with Saturday June 11, 2022 open to the public.   

Anyone who is registered as an attendee at the 2022 online Gathering.

• Your booth contains a direct link to your website. (All sales are handled through your own website.) 
• Banner logo within your booth (medium and large spaces only) 
• Chat Box - to have conversations and share links directly with your customers within your booth.
• Opportunity to sell to attendees and the public  
• Announcements: Medium and large booths include in-platform announcements throughout the event to highlight a special product or service. 

Simple Option: 

• One photo or logo: 
• An embedded link to your sales website or online store:  This may be your website, Shopify, Big Cartel, Etsy… anywhere you sell online.     

Feeling extra creative:   

• You can submit photos and descriptions of sample items that you offer within a word document.  You can even group them as collections:  Beads, findings, jewelry…    
• Maximum of nine images  (note: If you purchase the medium or large space, you will also be able to have a banner.) 

 A great option is to set up a landing page with more details on your site.  By utilizing a landing page on your site you have the ability to update and replenish your store.  The photos submitted for your booth can not be changed during the Gathering.

Purchase your booth during registration  

SEND SEPARATELY NO LATER THAN JUNE 4, 2022 (Earlier for better location) 

• Your Name 
• Your store or business name 
• Location - city state and country 
• A profile photo of yourself to be added to your booth 
• Med and large booths- banner photo of your work or business logo - Lg Booth 1200 x 300 pixels Med 800 x 400pixels
• Up to 9 photos of your work
• A brief description of your work. 
• Your store or website link

Sales Tax & Shipping:

Exhibitors make 100% of sales and are responsible for all sales tax and shipping. 

The ISGB is only hosting the platform. 

Release:

Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the ISGB from any claim, damage or liability, which may be brought against it, including legal fees, for any matter, incident, or transaction relating to the Glass, Beads & Jewelry Bazaar.
