Registration cancellations MUST be in writing and sent to the ISGB home office: 304 West Main Street, Suite 2 #114, Avon, CT 06001.
Cancellations Postmarked UP TO September 15 $ 100 FEE
Cancellations Postmarked September 16 – September 30 $125 FEE
Cancellations Postmarked AFTER October 1, 2023 - NO REFUND
Some critical extenuating circumstances may be considered by the Board and Gathering Team on the refund if the cancellation request is received within 30 days of the close of the conference, but a refund is not guaranteed. A $200 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Workshops AND Glass, Beads & Jewelry Bazaar table fees will be refunded up until September 22, 2023, refunds will only be awarded if the vacated Workshop/Seminar space and/or Glass, Beads & Jewelry Bazaar space can be filled. No exceptions.
