ISGB Gathering Auction -supporting YOUR ISGB!

The Gathering Auction

It’s that time of year again where we hope you will donate to the ISGB auction.  The Auction is one of the more anticipated events of the Gathering and there is a lot of spirited bidding for donations that range from gift certificates for classes to stunning jewelry and everything in between.

This year, The Gathering, Flourish will be virtual. We will be holding our auction online so that the anyone will be able to bid on items and enjoy a preview prior to the event. 

Donate to the ISGB auction:

1. Take photos of the item you are donating (optimal size is 1080 x 780 pixels 72 dpi or 2.41 kb and jpg files please).  
2. Submit photos with a description including: donor’s name, artist’s name, email, contact phone number, size, materials used, etc. by using the link below.
3. Your item will be listed on our auction platform and you will be notified as soon as bidding closes who to mail the item to.

Shipping your donation:

Please note that the cost of shipping your donation will automatically be part of your donation unless arrangements are made ahead of the auction opening date. Items donated will be shipped directly to the recipient and will be listed as free domestic shipping and International shipping will be billed at cost unless otherwise noted.  If you need assistance with the cost of shipping the items, please contact the auction committee ahead of time and to set up your donation with the shipping fee.

Donations will be accepted through June 8, 2024

Register to bid anytime and watch for the Auction to open on June 7, 20224 at 10:00am! 

Auction will close on June 9, 2024 10:00pm Eastern

Donors will be notified of winning bidders by June 15, 2024 and expected to mail donations no later than June 22, 2204 (unless arrangements are made directly with the winner)
