• Exhibitors must be a current ISGB professional, affiliate or corporate member. 
• Representatives for your booth need to be present for all open vendor hours
• Table assignments special requests for placement will not be considered
• ISGB reserves the right to remove any ineligible or inappropriate items or exhibitors.
• No subletting of space 

 The Bazaar & Vendor area will be held at the Marriott in Omaha Nebraska in conjunction with the ISGB Gathering.  FREE and open to the public. 

• $400 includes one table 8' x 30" & Chair additional tables @ $200 each
• Table Drapes provided.
• Includes Free WiFi
• Electricity available for purchase

 Set up -Friday,  October 27, 2023 9am -3pm

Take down - Sunday October 29, 2023  12:00 noon

• All Exhibitors must collect and pay Omaha retail sales tax. ISGB will provide tax forms and other filing information for all sellers on site.
• All exhibitors are responsible for keeping their booths staffed and secured at all times.
• No food is provided for the Exhibitors, but food is available nearby.
• Each table comes with 1 chair, more chairs may be available if needed (there is a limited quantity)

• Electricity not included and will be available for an additional cost through the hotel for an additional $452 for 5 amp service for the three days.  Purchase HERE

Shipping materials will be accepted 48 hours prior to the arrival date of October 24, 2023. Pallets are subject to a $100 per item handling fee and will be charged $10 a day for storage, if the pallet arrives outside the 48 hour window. Boxes are received at no charge.

Dates and Fees for Vendors & Bead Bazaar: A full refund will be given until September 21, 2023. No refunds will be given after September 22, 2023, unless the space can be re-sold. Tables are not transferable.

 In consideration for leasing the table, exhibitors hereby agree that the International Society of Glass Beadmakers and Marriott Hotels shall have no liability for any damages, injuries, or loss of goodwill due to weather, electrical or mechanical malfunction, reduced attendance, or any other cause. Exhibitors shall not sublease their space, or any portion of their space. Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the ISGB from any claim, damage or liability, which may be brought against it,including legal fees, for any matter, incidental transaction relating to The Bead Bazaar or Vendor space
